At Paraíso Natural, we believe in custom-designing landscape maintenance plans for each client because every property is unique. It's crucial that we tailor a plan to meet the specific needs of your property, recognizing and embracing its distinct characteristics.

 

Our program adheres to a safe, environmentally conscious, and cost-effective philosophy. The guiding principle behind these practices is that prevention remains the most effective maintenance approach.  Our primary objective is to ensure optimal health and sustained growth for native plant communities, landscape plantings, and turf.

 

Paraíso Natural Landscaping Maintenance Services Include:​

  • Lawn Care - Mowing schedule TBD

  • Plant Bed/Area Clean Up

  • Dress plant beds with common materials (i.e. stones) as needed.

  • Regularly check for insect control or disease damage

  • Divide and replant overcrowded plants

  • Water container plants when dry

  • Fertilizer application

  • Improve soil health

  • Periodic Plant Health Checks

  • Pruning as needed

  • Paraíso Natural Installed Irrigation System Maintenance

Paraíso Natural Pool Maintenance Services Include:​

Pool maintenance includes cleaning, testing, and repairing the water and equipment of a swimming pool. 

Cleaning 

  • Vacuuming pool surfaces

  • Skimming debris

  • Emptying skimmer baskets

  • Brushing pool walls and floors

  • Scrubbing pool tiles

Testing 

  • Testing water chemistry, including chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and calcium hardness

  • Checking for algae

Repairing 

  • Repairing leaks, cracks, and other malfunctions in pool equipment

  • Backwashing and replacing pool filter cartridges

  • Repairing pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment

Maintaining 

  • Monitoring and adjusting pool equipment like filters and pumps​​
